Companies providing sightseeing services under 135.1(c) and contractors providing safety-sensitive services to companies regulated by the FAA, must obtain prior approval from the FAA Drug Abatement Divison, prior to implementing drug and alcohol testing.  This normally takes about three to four weeks.  Please contact us for assistance in completing the application.

For FMCSA, FTA, and PHMSA regulated clients, no prior approval is required except by the consortium/TPA.  Please contact us for details.
